Ladies Charity Motorsport Race 2019 · 1 September 2019

The Ladies Charity Race aims to support both women in motorsport and increase awareness of breast cancer by gathering a group of tenacious and like-minded women, to compete in the first ladies only charity race with No Limits Racing.

Story

Cancer is a disease that can impact anyone at any time in their lives, and breast cancer is still second most common cause of female cancer death in the UK. Men are not exempt and survival rates are improving, however the key to this is early diagnosis, and this can be improved though awareness. The Ladies Charity Race aims to support both women in motorsport and increase awareness of breast cancer by gathering a group of tenacious and like-minded women to compete in the first ladies only charity race with No Limits Racing. Many of the competitors have experienced the impact of cancer, either themselves, a friend or family member. In some cases we have lost loved ones and want to raise money to support awareness of breast cancer. By racing together we can show the world how strong we are and that we can help others to be strong too.
