St Barnabas Hospice has put together some hospice-inspired fitness ideas to get you moving, keep those Lincolnshire lockdown pounds off and raise vital donations and awareness for our hospice services.

Story

To kick-start 2020, I am setting myself the personal challenge of walking/cycling/running 200 miles between January and March.

It's important that we all start 2021 with a positive, active and kind mind-set, so I thought that this was the perfect way for me to do it.

I am hoping to raise money for St Barnabas Hospice, as I know from personal experience how valuable hospices are, not just for people with illnesses but for their families as well.

I am proud to be taking part in this challenge alongside my friends at Custom Fitness.

Let's do this!!
