Last year one of our dearest friends, and one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met, found out he had bowel cancer. If a friend of his hadn’t made him aware of the situation, this year could have been very different. He got diagnosed early and quickly and has made a full recovery! He’s now on a very important mission to spread the word on this cancer, and how if caught early you can recover, so just one of his challenges this year is this walk, and I’m going along for the ride, to share this walk with my friend, and to raise some money along the way.  It’s one of those cancers people don’t always want to talk about I guess, but we should!
