This year its Rebecca, Dawn and Gemma that have joined forces this year to complete this challenge together.

This is Gemma’s 4th year, Rebecca’s 2nd and Dawns 1st year of Dechox please help support us by donating to our worthy cause (any little helps) and or sharing our page please.

Our reasons for doing this-

We are doing this first in memory of our beloved Dad and Dawns husband, who was only 57 when he passed away suddenly of a heart attack on 8th September 2016, his birthday is the 1st March which is the day the dechox starts so is a lovely way to honour his memory.

But other reasons are Our Grandad (Dads dad)/ Dawns Father in law who unfortunately none of hs got to meet also passed away aged 49 of heart problems.

Our brother/Dawns son Matthew who was diagnosed with Postural tachycardia syndrome (PoTS).

Gemma‘s beautiful goddaughter Winter was taken to be an angel at just 5 weeks old also due to heart problems.

Gemma‘s maternal nan who passes away 27 years ago today (31/01) after undergoing heart surgey, her Uncle Ken who has recently also passed away due to his heart and her Uncle Chris who also has heart problems.

And finally Gemma who is now undergoing tests for High Blood pressue and pulse.

So as you can see this is a cause means alot to us 💜
