I am doing a sponsored 70ft Abseil for the Rowans hospital on Sat 23rd May at 2pm. It's taking place at Portsmouth Civic Offices, opposite the Guildhall.

The Rowans Hospice is a local charity, which provides specialist Hospice care and support to patients with life limiting illness living in Portsmouth and South East Hampshire, their relatives and carers.
