For those that don't know, we lost mum to Ovarian cancer, a disease that for some, can go undetected for some time due to the symptoms you can get. It was initially detected in 2010 and after a hysterectomy, numerous rounds of chemotherapy and a blast of radiotherapy, she temporarily went into 'remission'. However, it returned and even after further treatment, this cruel disease sadly took her from us in January 2013."}],"type":"text"}]},{"type":"paragraph","nodes":[{"ranges":[{"text":"Cheryl, my mum, was truly known for her laugh. Not only was it infectious, it was very loud and people would hear her before they saw her. She was also known for often sporting a red lippy! Cheryl had the most beautiful soul and I can easily say she was taken from us far too soon.
