I am running this years Welsh Half Marathon from Pembroke to Tenby on behalf of Wales Air Ambulance Service. They are an amzing charity which relay totally on donations.

On 7th April 2013, my grandfather suffered a heart attack whilst driving. The Air Ambulance Service was called and did their best, and they were amazing with my grandmother. You never know when or where you may need these guys.
