Hi I am Gemma from Essex and living with a very rare genetic disease called vlcad, I have had so much support from the Linford family so when little Jack lost his life at just 2 years old to vlcad I knew it was the right thing to do to give some support back. 

I am holding a coffee morning in February to start the fundraising and then to set up a family fun day in the spring/summer.
