Memory Matters
Campaign by Lord Mayor of Plymouth (RCN 211462)
Councillor Chris Mavin, Plymouth City Lord Mayor has chosen to raise funds for Memory Matters to help change the face of dementia support in the community.

Story

Life is hard living with Dementia but the Coronavirus Pandemic has made it so much worse due to the ongoing social isolation. This has not only accelerated the progress of symptoms but it's made the day to day management and care of dementia so much more challenging.

I’m thinking if those living with dementia can do what they do everyday then I can easily walk/run a total of a 100k in the 30 days of November.  In an additional sacrifice I will also give up the consumption of alcohol

My goal is to support the Lord Mayors charity of the year and request sponsorships to raise money for the Lord Mayors chosen charity this year - Memory Matters
