Story
In loving memory of my soldier of a grandad, Colin Campbell.
Please help me and Abbie!
There's no worse feeling than finding out the strongest person you know has now been affected by cancer. Anyone who has experienced this moment will understand when i say the world stops for a moment. Watching my granddad grow more and more ill was the worst thing iv'e probably every experienced but one thing i am grateful for, is the endless hours and work that macmillan nurses gave for my granddad.
If by running a mere 10k we can raise enough money for even one more person to have the care and attention he had at the end of their life then it makes it all worth it!
We are looking to raise as much money and possible, every penny counts! Little or a lot don't be afraid to donate whatever you can! Every donation means the world!
1 in 3 people are affected by cancer and nows the time to work together and support one another. For our loved ones we've lost, for the people who are currently fighter and for those people who have soldiered and been strong to overcome cancer.
How your money helps!
25 pounds - can fund an hour on Macmillan support line or giving vital information and support
50 pounds - can ensure a Macmillan nurse if there when someone is diagnosed with cancer
100 pounds - can provide the best care and advice to enable a plan or path for patients
Thank you for taking the time to look and read this page very appreciative for your time/donations <3 (:
