Event: Great North Run 2016, on 11 September 2016
In memory of Emma Jayne Bell
We fund medical research to help more children beat cancer

Story

My husband Joss is running the Great North Run 2016 in memory of our beautiful niece Emma Bell, who passed away in May 2013 after a long and very brave battle with leukemia. She was 8 years old.

The NECCR helps fund vital research in to childhood cancers. It enabled Emma to have doctors look after her that became more like family. No child should go through  what Emma did, and that's why the NECCR is so vital to help children beat this devestating disease.

Any sponsors towards his run are very much appreciated. Thank you so much xx

About the charity
