Story
Siobhan and myself (along with the support of some of our friends) have decided to take part in this years Walk in the Dark for the Rosemere Cancer Foundation. We will be lighting up the night and walking approximately 11 miles from Chorley Hospital to Royal Preston on Saturday 23rd of April in memory of our lovely mum who we lost only a few short weeks ago.
From receiving her diagnosis in March 2020, the doctors and nurses at The Rosemere Centre really looked after our mum during her battle with Cancer. Through her surgery, all the rounds of chemotherapy and radiotherapy and ever changing pain management. Losing her has been hands down the hardest thing we have ever had to face as a family so this is just a small way for us to show how grateful we are for everything they did for her over the last couple of years.
Thank you for reading this and thank you also to all the people who have asked us if there is anything they can do to help us over these difficult few weeks. Actually, yes you can help! Either grab your trainers and join us on the 23th April, or please donate as much as you can spare - we truly appreciate all your support!
