I decided a short while ago that I wanted to participate in an obstacle course race.  Whilst searching the net I came across the Bear Grylls Survival Race.  It's only in London so not as far to travel as some and it's the first one by the Bear Grylls group. Paul has been persuaded to join me (despite it being ridiculously easy for him) as I need someone to drag my arse over the finish line!

We decided to set up this page for anyone that may wish to sponsor us to complete this as we will be running in memory of Willow.  The day of the race would have been her 4th birthday so a particularly poignant day.
