Most of you will be aware that my best friend and her husband tragically lost their 15 month old daughter in January of this year to meningitis.

It happened so quickly and since her passing a new vaccine has been approved - however, it still hasn't been given the go ahead to be included in the routine childhood vaccinations.

I want to complete this run in her memory and to try and raise as much awareness and money as possible.

She was the most delightful and beautiful little girl and I (as everyone else) miss her dearly.
