Myself and some friends from Cineworld in Yeovil decided earlier this year that we would like to take part in a sponsored event in order to raise money for charities close to our hearts.

I have never done anything like this before but have always wanted to.

The majority of us who are taking part (myself definitely included!!) would not be people that you would descibe as being fit! Ha!  We decided therefore that we would attempt a sponsored walk. We are walking from Lyme Regis to West Bay on the 2nd July 2015. The walk is approximately 10 miles in distance - and for those that know me pretty well will know that I don't really walk anywhere, and that I will find this quite challenging!!

I wanted to get involved with this because ever since my mum sadly passed away in February 2012 I have wanted to raise money in my mum's memory, and raise whatever I can for Huntington's Disease Association - the terminal illness that my mum passed away from.
