Story
Hello and welcome to my fund raising page.
So why do I feel the urge to cycle 28 miles around the Wirral on a Sunday morning (for those of you who are unsure of where the Wirral is, it's the area of land between Liverpool and Wales where Bev grew up).
Well it's for a number of reasons;
- I enjoy a challenge and I intend this to be the first of many long distance bike rides which hopefully someday will culminate in cycling up Alpe D'huez in France.
- I wish to raise money for 'Lukaemia & Lymphoma Research' as I will be riding with memories of my Uncle Mick who sadly passed away last year after a 10 year battle with Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma.
- I've always enjoyed cycling.
