Story

Geoffrey was diagnosed with primary lateral sclerosis, a form of motor neurone disease, in 2013. Until his death on 15th April 2020, his 76th birthday, he was under the care of Dr Robin Howard's team at The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery. 

Geoffrey's family and Dr Howard's team would welcome donations to contribute to the ongoing research of Dr Howard's team into motor neurone diseases. Donations may be made:
