Our employer (GBRailfreight) has always put charity work high on the agenda, and our current campaign raising money for BHF has been epic. But there is still so much more to be done in the battle against cardiovascular illness and Paul and I wanted to finish our effort for this campaign by pushing ourselves to the limit.

We're raising money for the British Heart Foundation's research and we'd be hugely grateful for your support. The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives, in fact, 1 person every 3 minutes.

It's only thanks to support from people like you and us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures. Every pound helps so please give what you can to help us hit our target.
