Myself and the lovely James Ravenhill are raising money for the Sussex Heart Charity as this was Richard Tredgett's chosen charity - he sadly passed away suddenly last year and this is a small way I can remember him and the hard work the charity does. Team Bear Patrol Runners are out in force and I can't wait to get out there and run every mile at my best, knowing any money I raise will go to a worthwhile local cause.
