We're a community dedicated to beating blood cancer. We do this by funding research and supporting those affected. Since 1960, we've invested over £500 million in blood cancer research, transforming treatments and saving lives. Right now, our community is funding 360 researchers and staff across the UK who are searching for the next breakthrough. The day we will beat blood cancer is now in sight and the researchers are determined to finish the job.

On 5th November 2020 my beautiful mother, my best friend in the world, lost her short battle against multiple myeloma, a form of Blood Cancer.  Being my mother's daughter I wanted to do something positive so that another family might be spared the heartache and devastation that we were going through.  I signed up for the 2021 LLHM with my fabulous friend and running buddy Wendy.  We joined Team Cancer Research UK and raised an awesome amount in memory of my beautiful mum.

We decided in 2022 to run for Team Blood Cancer UK as this was more personal to our family and again raised an amazing amount for this fabulous cause.

  So here we are again!  Ready and raring to go , signed up with Team Blood Cancer UK, hoping to once again raise as much as we can to support this wonderful charity and help to not only raise money but raise awareness of this awful disease.
