I have chosen to run for Versus Arthritis because I see the impact of Arthritis everyday on family members and through my work. Versus Arthritis also support those with Rheumatoid conditions which are less well known and are life altering conditions that leave people reliant on medication for the rest of their lives to manage it. 

A key way of managing arthritis is through exercise and so I am doing my first ultra marathon (52k/32 miles) for those living in pain with arthritis.
