Most of you know I like swimming and am trying to lose weight. I thought I would put the two together to raise money for a good cause - swim for myton hospice. I aim to 'swim the channel' (something I would love to do but am terrified of swimming in the sea so never would!) between 1st September and 1st December, going between Shipston and St Nicholas Park pools and my friend's pool. Please give what you can x
