My name is Gavin, I am a Director at Wrexham Tradeframe we manufacture and fit Windows, Doors and Conservatories. My plan is to lose weight and become fit and healthy, Jim the Manager Director who's grand daughter Paris who has 80% of her bowl missing came up with the idea to help Stomawise to raise money to push me to reach my goal.

 Paris is 14 years old and is an amazing inspiration to all of us at Wrexham Tradeframe, so what a great way to lose weight for a fantastic charity Stomawise.

My journey started 20th October 2015 and my plan is to lose weight of a minimum of 4st hopefully to reach 5 stone by the 30th April 2016.

Please help me support a great course to raise money, my target is £1,000 , anymore would be AMAZING.
