I am a member of the notorious ‘St Helier 12’ gang

I will be sentenced at the Old Magistrate’s and imprisoned at
La Moye Prison for 24 hours on Thursday 13 February. Members of the gang
include a politician, best-selling crime writer, a journalist and even a member
of the clergy – we will be sentenced for alleged ‘misdemeanours against the
community’.

In order to secure my release I need to raise £2000 bail.  Whilst I appreciate there will be many of you who will feel fit for me to stay in La Moye longer than 24 hours, I would add that any donation (big or small) will go directly to Jersey Shelter Trust, a very worthy local charity.  Those donating under £1 will be noted and named, and I will be having a word with some of my new new friends I will meet during my stay...you know it makes sense !!

We will be tried, sentenced and imprisoned to raise money
for The Shelter Trust, which offers shelter, support and a way forward for homeless people in Jersey.
