Myself and Easty had planned to run the Darkside Sunrise Ultra marathon, 45 miles, at night, along the coast in December. Due to unforseen circumstances, this was cancelled. The replacement challenge is the Brecon to Cardiff ultra on 20th of Feb. Starting at Brecon Beacons NP, it follows the Taff trail 43.5 miles south to Cardiff. To our Joy and dismay, Lee is joining the journey. 

Wales in February, what could go wrong? 

Any support is greatly appreciated, as is advice on keeping feet dry, spirits high and looking fly. 

My Dad has recently been diagnosed with lung cancer, obviously having a tough time of it at the moment, and the kind people at the James Paget hospital are helping him and many others in a similar position. Thank you and we salute you!
