Two weeks to go, training has been a struggle, nearly there though.

Hi Folks,

On Saturday 23 July 2011, I'll be participating in the Wicked Wolf Triathlon at Loch In Dorb near Carrbridge, Scotland.  It comprises of a 5km Kayak, 30km Mountain Bike and a 10km run.  If any of you have been to Loch In Dorb, you'll know that the worst bit of this will be the midges.

I'm doing it for Cancer Research UK.  At sometime in our lives, most of us will know someone who is affected by Cancer, so please donate generously.
