I have had the good fortune t o se first hand the work that the Mare and Foal Sanctuary do and the difference that they make to rescued animals and how working with these animals and individuals with similar distressing stories to tell, makes a difference in their lives too.

I have chosen to take part in the Motorscape rally in September where I will be driving through 14 countries in 14 days in a 26 year old Ford Mustang called Sally :-)

I would be grateful for your support in raising money and awareness for this charity and you can sponsor me by the mile, the country,  the soundtrack we have to listen to on the journey, (not too much Chris Rea and Road to Hell, or driving home for Christmas!) or any amount you feel you can spare.

We’re the place for people who want to make a difference to the lives of foals, horses and ponies. The Mare and Foal Sanctuary rescues horses and ponies that have been abandoned, neglected or abused. We also ensure that horses and ponies have a sanctuary for life. Most horses and ponies are given care for life through our network of knowledgeable carers. Those horses and ponies with more complex needs are cared for in our peaceful sanctuaries.
