W4CR, is a Charity formed by Windsurfers, and aims to promote awareness of all aspects of cancer and raise money for cancer research, education and care. 

I am supporting W4CR because like a lot of us i truely believe this disease can be and will be beaten.

Sunrise Sunset 2011 is W4CR's annual fun and fundraising event on Sunday May 1st at more than 30 UK locations. Your generous support in sponsoring me will help W4CR reach its target of £100,000 for worthy cancer beneficiaries. More info on www.W4CR.org

On May 1st, I will be Windsurfing at Minster Windsurfing Academy along with my fellow Windsurfing buddy's. We will be Windsurfing from Sunrise to Sunset to raise as much as we can.
