Story
Last year my son got the devastating news he had cancer, the Teenage Cancer trust are there for him constantly throughout his ongoing treatment, I wish to pay they back in some little way and this is going to be by climbing the height of Everest on the well known climb of Holme Moss. This will mean about 42 repeats of the hill and will take (hopefully) 14 to 15 hours. This has never been attempted before on a tricycle and this will be my mode of transport. The trike I shall be using was made in 1973 but has had a few appropriate modifications since then.
This will no longer be attempted in May due to broken bones new date will be announced soon.
I have since thought I could have called this "put me back on my trike" or "something to aim at" as a homage to one of my cycling heroes but it's not about me so I will stick with the title now as you so many have generously read and donated.
