I come from an RAF family and retired last year, and am an Ambassador for RAFA and a Befriender.  

Each year I help organise an annual RAFA 100 mile charity bike ride to raise vital and directed funds to help RAFA's befriending service.  This year COVID-19 has led to a postponement of the event.  Instead, I will ride with 9 others from across the RAF Whole Force family (both current and former) on a virtual 100 mile ride.  It will be hard and emotional in places.  However, nothing in comparison to the daily battle many face during these unprecedented times - isolation, loneliness and fear of the unknown.  Please help me to help those in need.
