I know some of you are used to me doing this sort of thing to raise money and I thank you for your support once again.

I think everyone knows someone with cancer or someone who has had cancer, knows someone who is living with cancer or has sadly lost their fight and is no longer with us. Cancer is a way of life for some people and we sometimes forget how lucky we are. That's why every year I try to do something to help. This year it is the Nevis Night Hiking Challenge on the 11th of July.

If you are still reading this I would be grateful if you could make a small or large donation. Its not for me as whatever I raise will not change my life but will help Macmillan to give the help and support to another cancer patient or their family.
