I’ve been fortunate to have had wonderful support with the events that I’ve taken part in over the years. Thank you so much if you’ve helped me before. In 2021 and 2022,  I’m taking the challenges a step further again and it would be brilliant if you could support me in whichever you prefer - joining one of the events , being part of the support crew or sponsoring me .

June 2021:abseiling at the Portsmouth Spinnaker . DONE

July : Whitchurch United testimonial match versus Damian Hack XI DONE

August : Kayaking across the Solent DONE

September : GDNF participants unifying challenge. 250 miles of cycling in five days DONE 

October : London Marathon with Janet, Mike, Dan and Beth: DONE

October : The re-run ! 24-hour 3 legged world record attempt with Andy Tucker ; DONE

November /December : 4 marathons in 4 weeks . DONE

May 2022:  Zip Wire challenge: the longest Zip wire in Europe  in north Wales DONE

May : Run to the Sea 50k ultramarathon DONE

June : Arch to Arc : run from London to Dover , row the channel , cycle to Paris DONE

July : swim across lake Zurich EVENT POSTPONED

July : Raid Alps cycle with Will Cook and Cure Parkinsons DONE

July ; Kayaking and running marathons back to back with Dave Carver DONE

September : Berlin Marathon ( in aid of Isle Listen)  DONE

November/December : Zurich Marathons in Spain
