Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever.Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.

Members of my family have been affected by dementia through the years. We've experienced first hand the affect it can have on the people we love. More funds are need to help tackle dementia and provide support and care to those in need.

Whilst I'm ok at hiking in general, 26 miles through the Lakes is going to be a mighty big challenge! I'll be updating as I prep for the walk and get myself back into the big walks! Any money you can spare will be greatly appreciated.
