Thanks for visiting my page. On Sunday 29th September I will be doing the Prudental 100 bike ride. It is a gruelling 100 miles through the streets of London and Surrey with some very challenging hills thrown in 😱 Those of you that know me will also know that I will never give up in fact my motto in life is “Stopping is NOT an option” I’ve been training hard and completed the London to Brighton Ride last month as part of my training and yes I have the scars from the chaffing 😒 I am lucky that my ❤️ is strong enough to allow me to do these sorts of challenges but I am also aware that many of our loved ones aren’t able to do the normal things in life due to various heart conditions. In fact some of our loved ones have lost their lives due to heart related diseases. So please donate just a small amount so we can help others to benefit from the work that this great charity do. I'm raising money for the British Heart Foundation's research and I'd be so grateful for your support.
