Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
On 23rd June 1997 my life changed when my Dad was diagnosed with cancer. He fought it and was a survivor. Dad passed away of an unrelated illness in 2003 and in his memory I started fundraising for Macmillan.
I've climbed mountains, ran marathons, trekked, cycled, jumped out of aeroplanes and walked over fire. My Dad would have been 80 this year, 20 years since his diagnosis so starting on January 14th I am running 100 marathons in 100 days, finishing with the London marathon on April 23rd. Please help me raise as much money as possible for people affected by cancer.
Fundraising is hugely important to Macmillan. Without people doing events, running marathons, climbing mountains, and donating in all the other ways that you can, Macmillan wouldn’t exist.
