St Anns Hospice is a charity which cares for thousands of local people with cancer and non-cancer life-limiting illnesses every year. On the 4th April 2018 we got a call from Tenerife to tell us that our Dad had 3 fractured vertebrae due to a cancerous tumour in his spine. An air ambulance rescue and spinal operation followed and much trauma for Alan and his beloved family & friends. His final 6 weeks were made the most comfortable they could possibly be by the staff at St Anns in Little Hulton and his 2 sons would like to raise some money to help other people benefit from such amazing care in their hour of need.
