We support people to help rebuild lives after stroke.

Story

On 3rd May 2011 my mum passed away suddenly following a stroke aged 53. She had no previous signs that this would occur. She lived a healthy lifestyle, didn't smoke and didn't drink to excess. The cause of the stroke was never discovered.

I've decided to try and raise money and awareness for the Stroke Assocation by running the Bupa 10k on 27th May. If this helps to save one life and prevent another family going through what ours has had to then this will be a worthwhile exercise. There is not a day that passes that I don't miss her, so this is the least I could do. Please give generously!
