I really appreciate your visit to my page as it hopefully means your are supporting me.
I am currently training hard and also concentrating on the recovery which is as important as the running. After the Brighton Marathon my aim will be to get back up to peak fitness ready for the London a week later. I will also need to prepare mentally and seeing your help and support on this page will be a real boost.
