I am doing the great north run to raise money for Newcastle Dog and Cat Shelter where my wife works. Clare ran last year and all so running this year.

I accepted the place because I teased my wife and her sister about it saying i would run rings round them if i done it lol.... well the next thing you know a place came up and im running! 

I am also doing it to raise money to help with the care of the animals at Newcastle Dog and Cat Shelter.
