Two causes equally worthy of putting myself through torture  many thanks

I'm running the GNR for a cause close to me personally. As some of you will know, both my little boy Billy and sister Wendy are Coeliac, meaning they cant eat Gluten at all. Having this disease can be a killer. However, through careful control of the diet, it doesn't need to have a huge impact on day to day life. Coeliac UK helps support people with Coeliac Disease and to control their diets and informs on gluten free foods and offers support to sufferers with some of the more chronic side affects of the disease including brittle bones. Coeliac Disease is not a food intolerance, but it is an autoimmune disease meaning the body destroys itself when gluten is present in the diet. It is also incurable, so sufferers have a lifelong condition .... Coeliac UK spreads this awareness.
