My Brother in Law, Ben Upton, recently lost his battle with Metastatic Malignant Melanoma.  He leaves behind his wife, two young children and a loving family.

In memory of Ben I thought it was important to raise money for the Macmillan Cancer Support to help support people and their families in fighting this horrendous disease.  I will be running the Saint Cuthbert's Way on Saturday 16th July which is an old pilgrimage route from Holy Island to Melrose in Scotland.  The race covers over 100k and 7400 ft of climb.  I hope to complete this in under 15 hours. Please donate whatever you can
