I'm doing the Great South Run October 30th on behalf of Macmillan. A charity that is close to my heart as my family were supported by them and provided so much help not only to my Nan, but for the rest of the family. 1 in 3 of us will develop cancer at some point, which invariably means that we are all going to know someone who is fighting it, or has sadly lost someone to it.

To help Macmillan I'll be running the Great South, all 10 miles of it, in Portsmouth on the 30th October, your support either by making a donation, or even coming down to cheer on myself and the other 20,000 runners, would be greatly appreciated.
