Rickmansworth School Guild - Lyke Wake Walk · 3 July 2010 ·

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On the 3rd July 2010 the four intrepid explorers known only as the skinny dippers face their toughest challenge yet. Garry Turner, Karl Brown, Dave Saunders and Chris King are aiming to complete a 42 mile walk. That in itself might not sound challenging but the walk is across the North Yorkshire Moors from Osmotherley heading east to Ravenscar and we must complete the challenge in under 24 hours.

The reason for the challenge is to raise funds  for a fitness centre for the Rickmansworth School and to support a local charity The Sunflower Centre who work with victims of abuse in Watford.

So who else would be daft enough to do this?  Fortunately over 50 parents, students and friends of the School have signed up.

Please therefore sponsor us in supporting these very good causes.
