This year I am taking the spirit of the 'Movember' challenge and using it with hope that I can raise as many funds as I can for Cancer Research.  This is a charity close to my heart as two years ago I lost a young family member and more recently I lost a best friend through the illness.

Cancer is an illness that can effect all of our lives in some form so let's help them in finding a way to beat it.
