The above photo is such a precious photo to me. It is the only photo that I have of myself with my sister Emma. Sadly, she died of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome and deeply affected my family and changed our lives forever. 

Over 500 babies die suddenly and unexpectedly a year and over half remain unexplained. That does not sit right with me and my heart goes out to those who have suffered. 

I wish to raise awareness of this horrific issue and if running a half marathon can help in any way, I will do it with 100% effort. Please help me and this amazing charity reach my ambitious target and reduce these horrendous deaths from happening and provide emotional and practical support for bereaved families.
