I'm running the London marathon to help raise money and awareness for I.P.F. (Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis). This Is an aggressive  lung condition my dad has been diagnosed with which has no cure. Very little is known about it and little can be done to help sufferers. 

I also have  two friends who are suffering from C.O.P.D ( Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ) again there is no cure for this. 

So I'm trying to help raise money and awareness in the hope that more can be learnt and therefore done to treat these conditions in the future.

I suffer from horrific shin splints that can even make walking painful for me, so this is no mean feat.... !!!!!
