I'm doing Tough Mudder Yorkshire in August with Charlie Jackett, Stephen Drew and Gareth Oldreive (and any new team members how decide to join us) to raise money for Lymphoma Association. 

As you can see we have set ourselves the target of raising £1000 for this worthy cause, so we need your help! We'll do the bit that involves running through mud, swimming under ice, and avoiding getting hit in the face by electrified wires, if you'll bung us a couple of quid. Sounds like a fair deal to me!
