Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
People living with PKU in the UK know that treatments are available, which could potentially change their lives immeasurably. Living with PKU means following a low protein diet: most people eat between 4-8g of protein per day, which is the equivalent of a couple of slices of bread. Not following the PKU diet has a potentially devastating effect on physical and mental wellbeing. Families walk a tight rope every day strictly measuring every gram of protein to ensure their loved ones stay healthy.
For many people access to Kuvan, which is available in nearly every other country, would mean a better life.

My wife, my sister and I want to raise finds and awareness for NSPKU. If you can help out, please donate and/ or share the link.
My wife and sister are aiming to run at least 100km in July and I am going for 100 miles.
If we reach £250, I will finish the challenge with a marathon, so if you want to make me really work, click the link and donate.
