We fundraise for Cardiff and Vale hospitals to enhance the care provided by the NHS

Story

The Better Life Appeal is the charity of the Welsh Adult Cystic Fibrosis Centre is based in Llandough Hospital Cardiff and looks after adults from all of Wales who suffer with Cystic Fibrosis. This is a dreadful condition for which there is still no cure despite being the UK's no. 1 life threatening genetically inherited disease.

So we've set ourselves a challenge to complete 8 marathons in 24hrs. Whilst this is a tough task - its nothing compared to what some of the sufferers of this illness experience everyday of their lives - so please be generous, it's really appreciated!

Donations however, small really do make a difference.

Thanks

Gareth & Mark
