This summer I will again be running in the 2ND ever Colour Blast 5K Run in West Park on the 28th of June.  I will currently be joined by Gary and Gillian Lavan and my cousin Peter Ward who is coming down all the way from Manchester to run with me!!!!  We will be spending an afternoon running and being blasted in colourful powdered paint!!  Now if we can do this surely you can donate just a little to this BRILLIANT Charity!!  (PLEASE)  Thank you my friends!
